Free kids' workshops at Home Depot (every first Saturday of the month) The Home Depot chain of stores hosts free creative workshops for children on the first Saturday of each month. Participants can assemble, decorate, and take home a themed craft project absolutely free, provided they register in advance. Events typically run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at local store branches, where kits are distributed at the customer service desk. If extra kits remain after the main program concludes, they are given out to anyone interested on a first-come, first-served basis.
