Gift cards make gift-giving easier, and CVS is adding an extra reward for buying them. From August 23 through August 29, 2026, spend $50 or more on participating Panera Bread, IHOP, Fandango, Cinemark, Foot Locker, H&M or Aéropostale gift cards with a CVS loyalty card and earn $15 ExtraBucks Rewards. You can combine smaller denominations to reach the $50 total, but CVS gift cards are excluded from the promotion. The offer is available only in CVS stores and is limited to one reward per household for the week.
