Without Purchase (Mail-In AMOE): McDonald's has eliminated the online AMOE method this year, making mail-in requests the only official free method of entry. S9851, Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4006 Each mailed request yields 1 Game Piece code and 1 Chance Card. You can enter codes up to the daily account limit and play up to 8 digital Chance Cards per day.
